(“Monoblank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) built Beatlander (“Service,” “our Service,” “App,” “Mobile App”) as a commercial app. This Service is provided by Monoblank and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of data and personal information if anyone decided to use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect is used for providing and improving our Service. We will not use or share your personal information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Audio Data (Your Voice or Other Sound Recordings): Our Service includes generating and returning an output based on the audio input that you record via Beatlander. If you record audio via our Service and submit it in the relevant section of Beatlander to generate and return an output, the App will process such data. Your audio data is permanently deleted once it is processed. We do not store your audio data. We also do not share it with or sell it to any third parties.

Non-Personal Purchase History: We use your purchase history information solely for the functionality of our Service. We only collect anonymous information about your purchase history in Beatlander in order to correctly provide you the features of our Service, such as unlocking premium genres or stem files based on your subscription status. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. The anonymous purchase history information that occurs due to your use of our Service may be visible to our third party service provider, RevenueCat–which will be mentioned below under the sub-heading “Information That May be Collected by Third-Party Service Providers”. We may share anonymous purchase history information regarding purchases made within our Service with third parties or sell such information to third parties.

Non-Personal Technical Data: We may collect anonymous non-personal technical data to correctly provide you the features of our Service. This may include information such as device type and operating system. Such data is used merely for the functionality of our Service and cannot be used to identify you. We do not store the anonymous non-personal technical data that we collect. We also do not share it with or sell it to any third parties.

If you record audio and submit it in the relevant section of Beatlander, we will only use your audio information to generate and return an output. The audio information that you submitted will be permanently deleted once it is processed. We do not store, disclose, share or sell your audio data, we haven’t done so in the preceding 12 months. Additionally, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information belonging to California residents under 16.

Right to Know Requests: You may be entitled to request information about (i) the specific types and individual pieces of personal data we have gathered about you, (ii) the origins of this information, (iii) the business reasons for collecting such data, and (iv) the identities of third parties who receive this information and the purposes behind sharing it.
